“In Tenerife for 10 days, wanted a break from the all inclusive hotel and ventured out. Don Carlos was a lovely looking place, very welcoming and the food is to die for. Our server was Kevin, very prompt and friendly service. We ordered 4/5 things from the tapas menu for the pair of us, and it didn’t disappoint. The potato’s and two sauces was excellent, spicy sausage and cheese, and the salad was incredible. Would recommend this to anyone looking to get an authentic experience of Spanish tapas and a break from a hotel style menu; absolutely superb.“

“In Holyoke for a wedding and looking for a place. Wow. Good and so much food. Not easy to find since sign is small. They only speak Spanish so hard for us.Started with chips and salsas and refried beans. Red salsa will put some hair on your chest. Buggah spicy.Orderd the Carne asada platillo with corn tortillas. Hubs ordered Carne, Barbacoa, and Chicharone Sopes. We ate maybe a third of all our food. Chicharone was the tastiest and the masa base was thin and cripsy. Best we've had. The rest of the meats had lighter flavors so we added a little salt and salsa. Greens super good and fresh. Definitely a place to check out...“

“Ordered the crispy chicken wrap and loved it! Lettuce was fresh and crunchy, chicken was perfect. The tator tots were crispy and tasty. My husband ordered the Caddy Master sandwich and he loved it (ham, turkey, bacon with provolone on sour dough bread). He enjoyed the crispy fries too! Our waitress was a lovely soul, so friendly! This is a must-stop if you're in the neighborhood.“

“The salsa was good with the chips. I had the medium combo. I had the Chile Relleno, taco, and guacamole tosatada. It was good, but I would probably not get the relleno again. It was ok.. The service was ok, but not very attentive considering there were only two of us in the restaurant. Meaning no offer for more tea and never checked on me to see how it tasted or how it was going. I actually needed more napkins, but she was too busy on her phone. It's hard to find good help these days. Overall, it's a decent place. It's just not a 5“
