There were a number of empty tables, yet two of us waited approximately 15 minutes to be seated. After being seated it took about 10 minutes for the waitress to get our drink order and we are currently going on 40+ minutes for a very basic breakfast.
I have been going here for over 10 years and have never had bad service until today. I usually have Kathy and she is amazing today I got stuck with Lucy and I am so sorry. she was beyond terrible...I had to ask for my drinks, she gave everyone the wrong meal, and I tried to get my own syrup and she raised her voice that she was on her way with it after stopping and talking to someone else holding my syrup.
