Was visiting for a couple days and wanted to try something good in town. This barbecue was hands down some of the best I've ever had. The brisket was absolutely wonderful and melted in your mouth, and the ribs fell off the bone with ease. If you're stopping by Idaho springs I highly recommend this wonderful little barbecue restaurant.
Went in on a Friday night with a group of 12. They place looked packed. We were ready to turn around and go but then decided to ask the staff if there was seating. Sure enough a staff member went back to check on the large heated deck area and said there was plenty of seating for our large group! Looks can be deceiving from the outside of this place for sure. It is bigger than it looks!

Man… I used to come here when it was 5 stars but I just got the sliced beef brisket to go and so dissatisfied they might have ran out of baked beans and switched to canned bushes baked beans but if there is one person who would notice it’s me I used to get a sandwich to go and have more meat than I could put in my sandwich now I got 3 slices of what looked like commercial chain brisket… I feel like they forgot where they came from..as an OG BBQ spot now going chain I’ll...
