“It's nice to find a local, family run restaurant that doesn't break the bank. Ruben's has a nice atmosphere and good food in generous portions. The owner came over to chat with us.My only quibble is that the Diablo sauce is spicy but lacks flavor. I took my leftover home and added some New Mexico red chile powder, which made it just right.“

“Personally I am a hige fan of mexican food. Josie's Taco was a life changer. Since I am a 6th grade student at the middle school down the street I can walk down with my family and have a quick and easy dinner.Kid-friendliness: I don't often see a ton of kids at the resteraunt but it is a good dinner for kids at both of the schools.“

“I swear. Their breakfast burritos are amazing. I love them! I get hooked on how easy it is to get one for the morning work days. Their green chili is badass. I like their chips and queso too. They’re a good place with nice workers. Very much have won my business for always ordering my breakfast!“

“I’m so glad they changed their menu. I had quit going for a while because I wasn’t a fan of the Italian theme. This time we went the food was GREAT! I had the figgy burger and let me tell ya, it was probably in the top 10 best burgers I’ve ever had. The cheese curds were also delicious! The server was also very sweet.“

“I love stopping at Fuzzy’s taco. I’ve been to a lot of locations and I have to say this was hands down the best service I ever received! Viri was so helpful and accommodating. She made this location my new favorite spot. Can’t wait to go back!“

“Probably the best food in Johnstown. I haven’t found another restaurant that can come close to their quality or authenticity. Not only is the food delicious, but everything on the menu is very reasonably priced.I’m not the biggest fan of the location, but everything else about the experience makes up for it.I’m amazed that CO is coming to check out Buccees over Los Rudos. You can get a breakfast burrito from Buccees with disgusting eggs for $8.23, or a delicious burrito from Los Rudos for $4.The menu has something for everyone and if you’re in the area, this is a place where you’ll try some amazing food you didn’t know existed in northern CO!“
