I hated the food! I guess that’s why I was like Jack Sprat and liked my platter clean.
Of coarse, I kidding. My BLt and onion rings were fabulous. Can’t understand the bad reviews. 2 cops were leaving and the sherif came in behind us along with several truck drivers., Cops & truck drivers are a huge endorsement. I’ll be back.

My husband and I needed a lunch and restroom stop on our to Garden City, KS. We have passed Kit Carson Cafe many times, today we stopped to grab lunch and it was delicious. Great to meet Debbie!
As a truck driver you get tired of truck stop food. A week ago we came through and saw yall had plenty of parking for big trucks. We got breakfast barritos and oh lord have mercy they was amazing. Today we stopped in again and got hamburgers and just as great as our breakfast. We definitely will be stopping when we come through and will pass on the word. Yall did amazing
