Really enjoyed the pie here. Green Chile was excellent and the Margherita was pretty good for having spinach instead of basil- didn’t even notice until the second slice. Will definitely return

Stumbled across these guys and have to say it's some of the best pizza around, hands down. We drive 15-17 mins just to get the pizza...and oh yeah the chocolate chip cookies and chili are winners as well!

We have passed this place so many times on our way to pickle ball and have been meaning to try it. We finally did and...WOW! This just might be the best pizza I've had since moving to Colorado 8 years ago from Boston. The pizza toppings were fresh and perfect amounts and the crust was phenomenal. So excited to have found this little nugget of deliciousness!

I love the Pizza here. We have had a number of pizzas, but my favorite is the green chili pizza! Just the right amount of spice. I also have to say this is the most Colorado pizza place. It’s a little place on a winding mountain road, that serves an honest good meal!
Their gluten-free pizza is top tier. Hard to find a crust that reminds me of traditional dough, but they have it figured out at Colorado High Country Pizza. Toppings are fresh and delicious as well. We’ll be coming back!

Good stuff! The 18" pizza is the traditionally-sized large pizza, which they offer (not the lame 16" some places call large). The Neapolitan pizza pie has the perfect thickness of crust, just like NY style pizza. Perfectly cooked. The meat combo pizza is also very good. I finally went to Crosscut pizza in Nederland since everyone brags about that place but this place has better pizza, for real.

On vacation and didn't really feel like getting dressed to go out, so we ordered delivery. Everyone was super kind and accomadating. Delivery was promised within an hour, and it was on time! I had a Caesar salad with grilled chicken, and my husband had the sweet and spicy calzone. The cannolis were a great dessert!
