“Not to sound too corny but I came into town not knowing anybody but left with many more friends. Joey Danko filled me in on the local diners and attractions. Had a terrific time. Thanks Joey and Dana. I will be coming back to La Junta just to stop in there for a drink. My kind of bar. Not too uppity.“
“Okay, I had the opportunity to share a meal here with My family. The well established local restaurant and it's staff provided a wonderful meal with even better customer service.I recommend this wonderful family owned restaurant. To any family looking too experience a warm and welcoming atmosphere that reminds you of home. While enjoying traditional authentic Mexican food.“
“There are not many foods options left in La Junta. I think many of the reviewers that posted harshly need to be realistic. We're on a cross country trip and at the end of the day, I want decent food, a cold beer and good service. We found all that here. I had the ribs and my husband had the chicken. The chips and salsa was really good. The food was tasty and hot. Our server was very friendly and helpful.“
“We were in La Junta for the weekend. I love Indian food so we decided to try Yak & Yeti. It was amazing! The food was so good. I wish they were in my town because I'd be eating there a lot. The tandoori chicken wings were the best. We also had chicken rogan josh, sweet potato masala, a mango lassi and a chai. It was all delicious. Definitely worth eating there. Some of the best Indian food I've had.“
