Hands down, my favorite lil' breakfast place EVER! Kelly, our waitress, went above and beyond just good customer service. Our coffee never ran dry. We were all very satisfied with each of our entrées. The atmosphere makes you feel welcome, almost like your home away from home.
A fabulous experience all around. Timely service, great manners, amazing food. our server Kayla was oh-so-friendly too.
The new owner definitely did The Copper Kitchen some good ol' American justice.
Highly recommend to all foodies as I will also be back whenever in the La Junta area.
