“I was pulling a trailer so i needed a place to eat that i could get in n out of and Mauricio's Taco Shop was the place. Real Mex food at good prices. Birria tacos & burritos, creamy smooth beans and fluffy cooked rice! Then you have the 10 or so house made condiments and salsas ... yum. Atmosphere? Put some shades on the windows and turn on KFVR-FM 94.7, La Fiebre Tejano radio out of Pueblo ..... and you would believe you were in Mexico!“

“I stopped by for lunch. They have an extensive menu. I settled on the carne arsada combo plate. Everything was outstanding. It was plenty of food at a reasonable price. The service was quick and friendly. I would eat here all the time if I lived here.“
