We had such a great time on the outdoor patio! We got to experience some funky live music courtesy of Lev Strider and The Quantam Groove, and we had some excellent smash burgers. The staff were all lovely and attentive! We are so thankful to have found this cool little area! Great people, great vibes, and absolutely gorgeous! Highly recommend 👌

We so enjoyed the Cuchara Yacht Club for lunch today! The food was superior! We had stopped at another bar to watch USA 🇺🇲 play against Australia 🇦🇺 in group play and were told they could not turn down the music for the game. We ended up going to the Cuchara Yacht Club and Scott happily turned on sound for game. Several others came and we enjoyed great sports atmosphere supporting USA 🇺🇸. CuCHARA YACHT CLUB IS THE USA WORLD CUP OFFICIAL BAR AND RESTAURANT IN CUCHARA!!!

So grateful for having the Cuchara Yacht Club open throughout the winter months serving the ski area folks and locals who enjoy getting out of hibernation. Food has been consistently improving over the years. I would say they have it dialed in and you can expect great service in this beautiful setting along the river. The outdoor space in the warmer months is one of the most beautiful places to hang out in Cuchara. Friendly staff, great service, really delicious food items and fantastic drink choices. Also their specials shouldn’t be missed. Thanks for all you do Scott, Ellen, Annalee and team. I personally appreciate all of you. Shout out to the kitchen crew under Corbin‘s leadership. Bless you for the chicken fried chicken.!!
My wife and I came here October of 2025 during a Colorado trip for our wedding anniversary. Sitting outside was beautiful and peaceful as we were the only ones out there. Wait staff was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Food was outstanding. Amazing salsberry steak as our dine-in meal, and the buffalo chicken bites with bleu cheese is from here is something I often crave and think about. Best buffalo chicken we have ever had- fresh, crisp, amazing quality of bleu cheese. To go we ordered the French dip sandwich…. We couldn’t believe how delicious this was even microwaved. To this day I think of it. Glasses of wine were poured generously, the chefs came out to check on us, and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Anytime we are in the area again, we will be making a point to stop in.

Party of 11. We told them 4+ hours before our arrival would be at 6:30. We arrived on time and were seated at about 6:30. We ordered drinks that took forever. We also ordered our food before 7pm. The food did not come out until after 8pm. It consisted of hamburgers, Rubens, BLTs and coconut shrimp. AND about 30-40 minutes after we ordered (initially 2 chicken sandwiches), we were told they were out of chicken. This was not a good sign of things to come.
Wnen our food was finally delivered, it was served on cold plates with cold french fries, and the buns were cold on the bottom and warm on top. In general though, the food was good, but for what we ordered I'd expect nothing less than good (easy peasy stuff). Frankly, nothing on the short menu was difficult to prepare, making our wait of over an hour, unacceptable! ... and no apology or explanation until it was time to pay the bill.
