We had a great experience at Dog Bar & Grill during our first visit. The deep fried pickles and mushrooms are spot on. I could've eaten the entire tray of the mushrooms - they're fried to perfection! Whatever you get, make sure to ask for a side of their jalapeño ranch dressing. We also ordered the Hangover Burger and bowl of green chili and both were good. Fun place! Had a delicious dinner with family and friends, outside on deck during a warm summer evening. Our dog loved sitting next to our feet, on leash, with a complimentary water bowl to wash down the occasional fry. The location is on a quaint mountain road with cabins and lodging; very near to the Cuchara Mountain Park, and Panadero Ski Area.Parking: Easy parking on street right in front of restaurant.

Great restaurant in the Cuchara Mtns. Second time for the turning of leaves. Good food and service. If your lucky on a warm day, the deck patio is a must. And of course dog friendly ?.
