Since ALYS appeared in la Veta, we have happily been coming here for the ambiance, the food, the setting, the wines, and the happy combination of all of it. “So grateful for having the Cuchara Yacht Club open throughout the winter months serving the ski area folks and locals who enjoy getting out of hibernation. Food has been consistently improving over the years. I would say they have it dialed in and you can expect great service in this beautiful setting along the river. The outdoor space in the warmer months is one of the most beautiful places to hang out in Cuchara. Friendly staff, great service, really delicious food items and fantastic drink choices. Also their specials shouldn’t be missed. Thanks for all you do Scott, Ellen, Annalee and team. I personally appreciate all of you. Shout out to the kitchen crew under Corbin‘s leadership.
