Wow - I wish we had found out about this place sooner! As a devotee of fine European chocolates, I can say that Chocolatarie Stam is legit. If you don't think there's an enormous difference between US and European chocolate, you've never had authentic European chocolate. Our favorite chocolates of all time are from Leonida's in Belgium, but Stam gives them a run for their money! Their gelato is top notch as well. It's worth a drive to Lafayette just...
We are so fortunate to have an establishment as charming as STAM in our community. Everything about STAM is superb - we were there for the pianist on Saturday evening after dinner at Community.
Really great chocolate bonbons plus a variety of other European treats, including Stroopwaffle and Black licorice! The addition of the Gelato is a great touch, and handmade Gelato is made fresh daily!
