Great place! Service was exceptional; Yash M. was our cashier and dude had a smile on his face the whole time, seriously. Genuinely enjoying your job, or at least appearing to, goes a long way. Food is good, nothing crazy, but is definitely good. Atmosphere is nice, clean, and choice of lighting is great.

Great experience. I went through the drive thru. Someone had given me a gift card to use, and I haven't been to an Einstein in ages. Polite and efficient. My drink (iced Carmel macchiato) was delicious. The pizza bagel was also delicious. The man that waited on me at the window was polite. The second gentleman that handed me out my bagel just made my day. So friendly, and the biggest smile.
