“I had an issue with delivery. I did not receive my items for over 1.5 hours. At that time, they were completely melted. I called the store, and was connected to the manager immediately. He was very nice and helpful. He said he would refund my order, and he did! I was refunded the entire total amount. It was the best outcome I could ask for. I will be a returning customer. This is an awesome place!“

“Found this spot while traveling to work remotely at. Great spot to chill, grab a good vegan breakfast, some vegan pastries, and a good drink. Lots of space, inside and outside, couches, tables, and you can even rent out conference rooms. Highly recommended! Updated from previous review on 2026-05-28“

“I. Love. Häagen-Dazs. After the remodel this place looks spectacular. It definitely brings a whole new life to this food court. The service is nothing but amazing. Even on the days where I’m not at my best, a peppermint bark milkshake always cheers me up and so does the workers. At this point I should wire my bank account straight to here! I’ve been coming here for years and I am happy to say that it still lives up to my expectations every single Tuesday Thursday and Sunday when I go. Thank you Häagen-Dazs! ❤️“

“Honestly, today was the first time trying Ziggi's. Wished I had tried sooner as it beat flavor of Starbucks. I was a faithful starbucks customer but my 7 year old and I are hooked on this place now. She loved her flavored frozen non coffee drink and I loved my Hazelnut non fat coffee.“

All we had was $100 bill and I was going to go get change and come back and instead he was so kind to compt our drinks. Thank you truly for being a kind soul, You do not see that too often these days especially in younger individuals such as yourself so please always keep that and never let that go! I pray your cup over fills with blessings 🩷 Every single employee here is outstanding every time we've come here we've really loved their friendly smiles and kind hearts! We need this customer service everywhere this is the only place I truly enjoy coming to. People are just so nasty in the world anymore! I know it sounds cheesy but we need more of you all everywhere. “I’m so impressed! The little Mexican asain girl at the window was an absolute sweetheart and so friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better while helping me sign up for rewards. My “Ridin’ Dirty” drink was to die for, and my bagel was heated to straight-up perfection. 10/10, obsessed, would 100% recommend this gem!“
