We recently catered Dabeli, Khaman dhokla and Khandvi and everyone loved it and complimented it. The flavors were very authentic and amazing. We definitely recommend Mirchi food truck
Best Indian food in town
Just grabbed Samosa, spring rolls, and vada pav (literally like 20min ago). I am really tempted to drive back and get more. Everything was great. The vada pav in particular was incredible. Staff were friendly. I am definitely coming back again.

Mirchi Food Truck is a cute food truck featuring Indian Street food. The food is amazing and the flavors are very authentic. Customers have tried Dabeli, Khaman dhokla, Khandvi, Samosa, spring rolls, vada pav, Paneer Bhurji, fruit custard, jalebis, dahi puri, pani puri, masala tea, Misal Pav, ragda pattice, samosa chat, Chai, and Rajma chawal. The vada pav in particular was incredible, and the Dabeli was wonderful. The Paneer Bhurji was so incredibly good. The Dahi puri is highly recommended. The Misal Pav was amazing, one of the best in the US. The samosas were freshly made, ready on time, and the spice level was just the way requested. The jalebis were so good too. The Chai had a dash of ginger making it flavourful. The chat taste is authentic. All were delicious. The staff were friendly and very nice. The owner was very sweet and friendly. The spot is quiet and enjoyable to dine. For Colorado that lacks in authentic Indian food, this place is a gem that customers would re-visit. Many compliments were received and events were made a little more special.
