I tried a Spicy Italian Sausage from the Ruby Ru's Food Truck at the Broomfield Days Festival event on Sep 23rd. I was very disappointed to get a dry cold sausage, a dry cold bun that was too small for the sausage and served without any extras like sauce, grilled onions or peppers for a whopping $9.00. Come on, y'all can do better than that even for festival food.
Absolutely phenomenal food! Drove 6 hours for it. Jerk Chicken and Bahn Mi bowls are top notch. I'd put the Mac and cheese up against anyone! Chris and his staff treat you like family.
