“So glad Valles moved into the old Dos Wapos location. Interior has been refreshed. Servers were friendly and prompt. Food was solid - all of our dishes were tasty. Good GF options - our server was knowledgeable about which menu items to avoid due to cross contamination. Prices were great. I will go back and try their Sunday papusas, for sure!Dietary restrictions: Good GF selection“

Pupusas

“I am a huge fan of pupusas and when I spotted this food truck I knew I need to stop and try it! The owners are super friendly and gave me a sample of their Horchata (very different from the Mexican kind). He also showed me the "flower" used for the flower pupusa. It's ideally a vegetable with a strong taste. I ended up ordering the Revuelta (pork, beans, cheese), the Bean Cheese, and the Flower one. My fave was the Revuelta! Chef's kiss! I'll be back again! They were located at the O Reilly's Auto parking lot.“

Pupusas

“Love the papusas and the woman who runs this stand is so nice. We call ahead to order, speaking slowly in English. Be nice, ppl! The owner is working hard and English isn’t her first language. This is one of my favorite places to get lunch in Louisville“

Pupusas Salvadoreña

“It's a small place but the service and food or great. I always enjoy experience other cultures food and this Salvadorian experience is a great one. Order the pupusa and comes with a pickled cabbage and a sauce that's spice but can't wait to take the next bite. I only dinned in once and since just get take out because I'm only a short walk to it. I always order enough to have it the next day. So left overs are fine just refrigerate and reheat in microwave. I recommend El Tuscan.“
