It’s a beautiful curated store that makes it easy for you to find a book for yourself or a gift for a friend. Their children’s section is A+. They will order books for you too if they don’t have it in stock.
If you love bookstores and cafes, this place is for you. I've lived in Boulder county for 4 years and I'm always looking for a place that is quiet and at the same time inviting so I can get some work down for a few hours. The Read Queen is a beautiful gem in Lafayette, and I think sometimes it's highly underrated compared to some of the other cafes in town. This is a beautiful bookshop and cafe. They have a well curated selection of fiction and non-fiction books new, and some used as well. The coffee and tea drinks are excellent; I had a cortado and was very happy with it. They do have limited food options, but do have some bread slices and sandwiches on offer. Great selection of gift items. Lots of locally made goods. Indoor seating and outdoor seating is available.
