I decided to try this restaurant for the first time since the pho place next door was closed. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, with no effort to make customers feel welcome. My order took a long time, and when it finally arrived, the pieces of chicken I got were some overcooked and some undercooked.

On top of that, they served food with plastic cutlery, the rice was bland, and the beans were burned. Looking into the kitchen from the dining area, it did not appear clean, which was concerning.

Customer service was a disgrace, and overall, this was a terrible experience. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.
