I come in pretty frequently with my boyfriend and the service is typically not too great. I dont know if its due to a 'teens dont tip' kind of mentality, lack of communication or just poor training but the last three servers ive had abandoned our table for almost the entire time, never offered refils or even just spoken to us. The food is good enough to look over it, but it is entirely frustrating some times.
Had an outstanding top shelf experience at this Buffalo Wild Games. Stopped in kind of last minute (middle of NFL late games) an ordered wings for 7 of us to go. James was above and beyond, extremely helpful with what our best choices would be and all (sauces sides etc) and had us out of there in just over 30 mins. with our large order. Great experience will definitely return.
Ate here last night! We made a togo order and Michael was very accommodating and polite! He kept us updated on our order as we waited even though we showed up way early he got our order made quick and out to us fast. He was also very polite
