They won't let me sit where I can see my car so I would say this food is good but the environment not good
Seriously horrible experience. My kids and I sat to eat and then they went to the arcade. I Got up to grab another round while the kids played in the arcade and when I got back our table Was cleaned (I literally grabbed one piece of pizza). I sat at a table close to the arcade and the guy that cleaned my table Noticed me and said “thanks for making my job harder” 🤯 I simply responded I wasn’t trying to. Finished my pizza, got up to grab my kids and they were mopping in the entrance of the arcade. I said “let’s go” and as my son was walking towards me he slipped on the mop water And started screaming. the worst part was the guy I just had that interaction with walked by him like nothing had happened. Cannot believe this experience!! First bad review I’ve left in my life but I definitely would never recommend this place to anyone.

Had a Great time here a this location a week ago. The manage was profesiona kirara is I believe how her name is spelled made me and my friends feel very happy to be there . She was courteous and very friendly, finally a manager that knows how to smile and interact with people .This will continue to be my favorite cici location .

Kiara was amazing! We came in 10 minutes to close, and she made us feel so welcome. She started the pizzas we wanted, took care of us, and made us feel like we didn't need to rush. Id give a 10/10 if I could! Thank you for making our last minute Mothers Day dinner fantastic!!!!

Over priced with 8 different versions of pepperoni pizza. Terrible. Never in my life have I been to a cicis that also wouldn't make the pizza we wanted. Needless to say we ate 2 pieces of pizza a piece and spent more time with the arcade. They spent alot on arcade fun now they need to spend alot to redo the workers and their mindsets. Fire rehire with people who can listen and do what they are paid too. This place had no service they took the money and forgot we even existed.
