When I came there, the stuff was so good. People are nice. The food was delicious and the games are so fun 10 out of 10 Recommend going
Kid-friendliness: I’m personally a kid and when I came there, it was so awesome. There was barely anybody. I didn’t have to rush to the cheese pizza amazing.
The host was very nice to us, but very pushy if she would’ve gave us one second to assess where we were we told her we were not from here and never been to CiCis and she said $27.99 and we were like what? We weren’t sure if we wanted to dine in but she made us both feel rushed and flustered so we paid and the food was super nasty, the pizza was not good the only thing I could eat was the cinnamon things and for $14.99 a person that’s not very good the noodles for the pasta were overcooked, the sauce looked burnt, the carrots for the salad looked shriveled up and overall not worth the price we won’t be returning.

Drove 45 minutes since the one in my city closed should’ve taken that as a sign but I remember it being so good when I was a kid. Absolutely disgusting worst food I have ever had. Mac n cheese was overcooked and tasted like bath water. All the pizza was stale and when we did request one it was disgusting even fresh. Save yourself the money and don’t go here. So foul.

Me and my friends drove 40 minutes to get here were super excited, the food was stale and the staff was not very nice. They are open until 10 but started closing up the restaurant at 8:45 while people were still coming in very disappointing very understaffed from the looks of it!

Since I couldn't get into Casa Bonita, I decided, "Why not CIci's?" Hit the spot so I could hit the road. Got a few looks from a few people and lots of curious kids. Maybe they aren't used to seeing bikers get down on some pizza?
Very little choices and what ever is out is stale and dry, employees have no sense of urgency to make new pizza. They expect people to eat pizza that has been sitting out for hours this can cause food poisoning for sure. Everything is so ran down and dirty worst place to eat save your money.

My family & I drove 45 minutes to the restraunt on a Saturday night our kids were excited to go I looked it up online and says they closed at 10 p.m. we arrived at 7:45 pm and chairs were stacked , staff was cleaning up and so I called and the “manager”told me they were closed sorry , I mentioned website says 10pm so does social media they just kept saying yeah sorry you feel that way they were no help at all super rude I don’t even think it was a real MANAGER wouldn’t give me contact info if anybody above them I told him I will definitely be taking this up the ladder and I will be speaking to corporate about it didn’t really seem to CARE and Was Disrespectful and rude about the whole thing .I think the staff Just wanted to go home early. I just don’t understand why a pizza placement for kids and an arcade would close that early on a Saturday night very disappointed will not be back will be spreading this information and will be Contacting general manager and corporate managers as well
Worse experience I've ever had. Five employees standing around doing NOTHING while the entire buffet is empty. I was angry, expressed my anger, and instead of fixing it, the lady just started yelling. The entire restaurant was filthy, ice machine didn't work...pure garbage.

I walked in and asked for a menu, was told to simply watch the board. I asked what the pasta prices are, and got loosely directed to a pasta bar with no pricing shown. I came here on a whim for lunch and walked right the F out after that ridiculous showing. For such a big place they suuuuuuure are empty at lunch. I, for one, don't wonder why.
