Three separate times I’ve ordered pretzel sticks and didn’t once receive them. This time they sent French toast sticks instead of pretzel sticks. It’s 10:00 at night…. Why send French toast sticks. Do yourself a favor and get your order elsewhere. This place for sure won’t get it right 🙄

Very busy location, small.. but they make their treats awesome! I was shocked when our bill came to $17 for a small blizzard, medium Sundae with chocolate syrup only, and a small dipped cone!! What the heck! However, it is the only location I have been to where you actually have chunks of treats in the blizzards.. others locations grind them up so small it sucks. We would probably go more often if it was so expensive.

Literally sat there waiting my whole lunch break for my food and never got it, not good quality.
I ordered the royal new york cheese cake blizzard and was extremely frustrated when i went to eat my food. Blizzard was missing strawberry filling. Had no cheese cake bites or grahm crackers. Staff also doesnt pay attention to who they hand out food to so my order got stolen and i had 3 dashers pickup my order just to cancel it. I reached out to door dash support and was issued a refund and reordered the exact same order rightaway just to get plain ice cream in return. Def stay away from this location i would NOT recommend!

The service here sucks. They dont greet or acknowledge you when you walk in or anything, will straight up let you stand at the counter. One girl tried her hardest to look busy filling lids into a tray at the drive thru instead of helping me. The other girl was going as fast as she could making seriously half-azzed drinks, no care at all. Also couldnt be bothered to greet me standing right in front of her. Besides that, the place was a mess like they have no cleaning protocol. Just poor, careless lack of service all around. Cant believe ppl get paid to do such a poor job.

People working sat there for several minutes because none of them could recognize that bills used to look different in 1950. Refused to take alternate payment and got other customers involved. Highly unprofessional.
