If you want a late order and want to waste time, come on in! They bypass the computer system to keep times by saying "quality check" or "ready when the pie is still in the oven.
The food was terrible..... burnt and no product.
I think I could have bought a bag of pills in here from the employees faster then the food would have been ready. All in all a very disappointing experience. I'll drive the extra miles to go to a different one from here out. Can't do delivery, took 2.5 hours last time when I was told 1 hour.

The last few times I’ve ordered for pick up it has taken foreverrrrrrr to get the pizza. One time it took 2 hrs for pick up…Besides the super long wait time, the pizza is correct and tastes good. So can’t be too mad.

Understaffed Dominos- guy with the neck tattoo was at the register- really nice guy; I’m a military Veteran and I asked if there was a military discount/ he said he could get me a discount; when I paid I stood to the side and sat on a box / the manager I assume said please don’t sit on the box- of course I complied as she was the one making my pizza- then the guy at the register asks the manager how do I discount for a military service member? The manager young lady with glasses says we don’t give discounts to military- the young man calls me over and says I’ll have to pay again- I told him I already paid then he says I’ll have to cancel the order and recharge you- so again I stepped in line and repaid for the order. This location is very short staffed- management really needs to do some retraining / guy with neck tattoo is really nice- Manager needs to have some tact in front of customers; to say yes to a military discount and let me pay then to retract the discount cancel my order then pay again is absolutely shameful- I will never come here again. And just as I thought was gonna happen she gave me almost no beef on my beef and mushroom pizza. Pictures attached.

Do yourself a favor and never order from this place. The pizza just sits under "quality control". Took 2+ hours for the pizza to arrive. This place needs to shutdown.

Ordered lava cakes for delivery at 7:30 pm for my family. Asked them if it was delivered and looked at the tracker, it said they were still “prepping them”, finally at 9:30pm they went into the oven. Then they were being “quality checked” for over an hour! It’s now 11pm and I have no idea if it’s coming. At this point, I just want a refund but no matter how many times you call, they won’t answer. Worst place to order for delivery, and I work at another dominos I know it doesn’t take this long. Photos below for the tracker

Placed an order at 630 and it didn't arrive until 930! I understand it's a Saturday and places get busy but 3 hours??? At 2 hours we tried to cancel and the store didn't pick up for 30 minutes. Stayed "on hold" for 30 minutes just trying to cancel. But of course at that point a dominos driver is available and they are on the way with this cold dry pizza that nobody even wants anymore. Couldn't cancel, can't call the store, not the drivers fault so what do we do with this crap aside from bin it?? What a joke! Never ordering from here again. Not worth it.

I waited one hour and 40 minutes for my 40 minute delivery when I called them and waited 17 minutes for someone to answer only to be told if I’d like to pick it up, they would make it for me. I get that there is a lack of employees everywhere, but at least notify your customers that it is over a two hour wait which is what I was told when I called and my refund could take up to 4 days.

This dominos used to be one I ordered from all the time. I was satisfied with the customer service they provided. However, my last three times I have delt with them, it's been horrible customer service, now I don't know if it's because they have a young staff and the have no customer service skills as they are entitled spoiled brats. Or it's poor management or both. I will no longer do business with them, as there are plenty of other pizza places with better pizza and better customer service.

Online expected time was 10 minutes. Get there, pizza not even in oven, board says 35-45 minutes. Employee tried blaming broken tracking system, but clearly the board was updating properly.

I was one of 4-5 customers who came in expecting a pizza ready or in the oven and got the runaround.
