My daughter ordered 4 pepperoni pizzas 1 hour B4 I ordered 4 sausage and pepperoni pizzas. The delivery guy brought 4 pizzas total when we should have gotten a total of 8 pizzas. I called the store and the lady who 1st answered said she did not have an order for my daughter but had mine. So I told her I had the receipt for my daughter but not mine. So she put me on hold and a guy came on and said he was a manager he lied and said his driver came to the door and gave a older child 3 pizzas and a toddler 1 pizzas went back to the car and brought 4 more pizzas. I told him his driver did not give us 8 pizzas. Than he changed the story and said thesame driver came and dropped off 4 pizzas and left and came back with 4 more... When he only came once. So either the driver is lieing and stole my pizzas or the manger does not know how to count.. we paid 80 dollars total for 4 pizzas when we should have gotten 8. . I'm disputeing my money withthe bank..

Ordering delivery? Get it somewhere else.This location is severely understaffed. I ordered two medium pizzas for delivery on a Friday night. On the app, it sat after "Quality Check" for an hour. I called the direct line, no one answered in the 20 minutes I was on the line, during which time I drove to the store.On a Friday night, not one person in the store was making pizzas. Two women were flustered trying to be on top of orders, and three dudes in the back weren't working and were just cracking jokes, including one young dude holding a bag to be delivered. I explained the situation to the women and they took my order out of a delivery bag on the shelf. They were very apologetic, and refunded my delivery fees. In that time, the people in charge of delivering pizzas still hadn't left the store.4 stars for food, it's dominos as much as any other store. The food just won't get to you. Order for pickup.

It took almost a hour in a half for our pizza to arrive last time we ordered . This time we ordered they waited 30 minutes after my pizza was done to call and tell me they didn’t have everything I ordered .. as well as not being able to refund me for the item or give me a discount for this current order. Usually I’m understanding but they just seem like they don’t care to do their jobs timely and efficiently , especially after reading other comments left.

Don't order here if you want your food on time and no issues. I've ordered here numerous times and it always takes over an hour. Then they don't ever want to take accountability for THEIR mistakes. How to fulfill a larger order AFTER the fact a small order already went through, then push the smaller order aside and say "welp sorry". Then order today and I get it your short staff, but to make excuses and cop and attitude with the customer who's wondering why does the order say completed and I have no food delivered and all you say is "welp, sorry he's an older guy and we only have one driver". That still doesn't explain as to where my food went. I did receive it eventually, but its completely unprofessional. I've had more issues than just these 2. But these 2 are recent. Honestly the whole entire store needs an employee makeover.

For most of y'all, be blessed these dudes can deliver. The store is right clean and the lobby is pretty small with no real place to sit. However, the older dude manning the register is respectful waaay more than Domino's deserves. Made sure I got my order in and made it clear the wait time. Saw me waiting a little later and encouraged to expedite my order so I can, "give those feet a rest." Awesome dude.Now here is the problem; The location of this store is pretty sketchy with the homeless. On my way back to eat my baked sandwich I was bombarded by a couple homeless grunts, knocked down and had my food taken. I eventually went back with friends a few days later and tried again. Food was pretty good, but won't do that again in that area.

I ordered pick up. I was ignored while I waited for my pizza that was already in the front warmer for about 10 min. They let a twenty something homeless guy sleep in the corner of the small lobby. I don’t think restaurants should allow homeless to sleep just feet away from the kitchen where they prepare food. This grossed me out.
order my pizza at 12:20 I barely got it right now and it's 2:02 the pizza is not even hot!! the manager did not even care about the fact that the pizza was late she did not want to give me credit for the pizza being late the pizza I ordered she also hung up on me!..
