Worst people on the phone ever. Guy wanted to go through a long list i know what I wanted and he felt I had to set there and Liston to him. Rude as ever. Get rid of your people if they can’t do customer service
I am not the person to post reviews, but I am extremely frustrated with this store. I placed a delivery order on July 2nd. I called the store just to ask for a refund since I never received it. The worker asked for my number to call me back, he never did. I emailed corporate and filed a claim and didn’t hear anything that way. Today, the 8th, I called the store and respectfully asked for my refund. They put me on hold for 40 MINUTES. At this point I gave up. I spent 60 bucks...read full review
I ordered a pizza via my phone app. The app informed that my order had left the store at 12:50. I called at 1:20 wondering where my pizza. I spoke with someone named Matt who said he was the manager. He was quite rude. He brushed aside my concerns about the warmth of my pizza. It was apparent he had no concern for my satisfaction.
