Deliver drivers are always nice but going in to pick up or calling over the phone to tell them they messed up my order is a nightmare.
I did the cat delivery. Pulled up, hate to wait a few minutes and then they brought my order right out. Can't get easier than that. Pizza was great.

Absolutely awful communication and customer service. I won’t be ordering here again. Received texts that my food was on the way, ten minutes after that I received texts stating the driver was in my neighborhood and would there in moments. 20 minutes later it hadn’t arrived. When I called the store I was lied to, and told the food “was only out of the store for 10 minutes” and the “original driver had car trouble, so another had to get the order and complete the delivery.” When I called them on the lies they became rude and asked “what I wanted them to do about it?”
