Cook had a bad attitude and just tost my sandwiches on the counter in the center of the order line instead of at the cash register area where everyone waits for the food. The food was nothing like all the sandwiches I have ordered from all other Einstein bagels. Undercooked and bland. Between the attitude and lack of consistency I won't be coming back. Go to any other Einstein instead.

10 am on a Thursday and no one seemed in a hurry to do their job. Took two tries to find the coffee dispenser that had hot coffee. Mid morning lull, I guess.

Not really sure what's going on here but you straight up get ignored as you stand there clearly waiting for parts of your order as 5+ people get their stuff and leave. It's not busy enough for this to be happening, probably never coming back. 20 min for a bagel and a drink is ridiculous.

1 PM and only 3 flavors of bagels left. Stood waiting for 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Only two employees on staff both of who seemed more interested in taking pictures of the snow coming down than waiting on anyone. Paid and employee just walked away. Had to take the receipt off the register myself. Service has never been great here. Panera is just as close so will be going there from now on.

Been going to this location for over a decade. Has been good until recently. last THREE times I have been have been terrible. Given me wrong orders twice, gave me someone else's order last time, and today they burned my bagel so bad it is basically inedible. See the attached photo. Charcoal all the way through. For a now $5 bagel, I would expect more.

Fast, dependable, clean. I always get a cinnamon raisin bagel with honey almond shmear!!!
No one speaks to you at this location. One guy walked by me three times and never even addressed me. Then someone walked in after me… got immediate service and THEN…. My order, that was waiting on the counter was completed placed on the shelf and a different guy just walked away. NEVER looked at me. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
