I needed to work remote the other day. I stopped at this location for an hour or so and grabbed breakfast. The young lady who welcomed me as I came in also completed my transaction. You could tell this lady was new because of the struggles she had with the register, but her energy was contagious She was friendly and created a welcoming environment. This type of employee is so unusual in the service world today, this one’s a keeper. Thanks for creating a great start...

The staff didn't seem enthusiastic when we were there. It may have been due to the fact that the air conditioning was broken.
The bagels were decent, but I've have had better at other Einstein Bros stores.
