New bagel burrito was out and asked if they have burritos at all. Was told it’s a bagel shop rudely. I asked cause I saw they were expanding menu. Then it took forever and he was rude again to me when I pulled up to get my order.
If you don’t want to work in customer service go somewhere else.
I went to Einstein to get a free breakfast sandwich for my birthday, and I ordered a sandwich that was not included in the reward. It caused some problems in the computer, and they ended up giving me the sandwich I originally wanted and my iced tea for free 😭❤️ I have only been here twice, but I am their newest regular. Everyone there is so sweet.
