Absolutely love this place, as a person who grew up on these foods Bohio does everything right, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for an authentic Cuban meal or sandwiches. I will definitely be making Bohio one of my regular spots to get food.

It had been so long since we had Cuban food. I get my hair cut next door... But live 30 min away...and its usually not open when I'm there in the morning. Today... My wife and I had a bunch of stuff to do in the city and had a chamce to stop in. And it was so worth it. Owners let my wife use her table as an office while i got my hair cut..super nice ppl. Then we ordered food.... So good! Chicken fricassee fell off the bone. Potato filled with beef was like cuban shepherd's pie. Price was spot on! We will be back!

Excellent Cuban fast service, great coastal atmosphere and feel in a land locked state . Really enjoyed the experience as the Chef took our order and seated and plated us. A very family feeling and lots of love in the food . Would eat here again 10/10 and thankful I was introduced to this wonderful place by my buddy. The empanadas are an excellent choice. And the salsa is awesome

A little Cuban restaurant very close to home and the food is 😋 delicious!
One thing I’ll say, because I almost missed out on this place entirely, the window wrap makes it look closed from the outside. I had wanted to try it for a while but kept assuming it wasn’t open. I understand the intent behind it, but from a customer standpoint it may be working against you more than helping. You’ve got something worth walking into, it should feel open from the street. The window wrap makes the place kind of dark and suffy, even though the lighting is bright - I would be willing to bet the place would be packed if they took that wrapping off of their windows, but that is just me.
Anyways, this place is awesome. I learned two things: first, my brother is fluent in Spanish, never knew that. Second, watching someone make crema fresca in front of your eyes, per serving, is just a magical touch. I had the Cubana, no complaints at all. Coffee is legit too, worth it if you actually like Cuban coffee.
Really solid spot, just needs to look as alive from the outside as it is inside.

The food was excellent! The service/server was nice friendly. There is only a husband and wife there so they are cooking and serving. We had pork, black beans and rise was flavorful and sublime we also had sweet plantains cooked perfectly. After 2 cuban coffee and a guava pastele.. flaky warm a delicious. It's a simple restaurant with delicious food. So good we ordered a cuban sandwich and palamilla steak to go

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Denver area. I regularly get carryout from here and I always look forward to it. The roast pork is probably my favorite but everything I've had has been delicious. Its a family run joint and very friendly.
