3 visits to this store and probably no more, just unbelievable crap service. Come back later we’re busy. Charge for extra cheese and don’t put any on. Cashier wants to cop an attitude and throw down. Girl behind the counter doesn’t know how much cheese goes on a sandwich. Also first in line gets rung up last. The whole crew here needs to go including the manager! Going to jimmy johns instead!
They don’t pay enough attention when filling orders. Placed an online order for a simple sandwich, no mayo or onions. Not only did they add mayo to my sandwich, they also added banana peppers. The previous time I ordered from them, I selected wheat bread and the sandwich came on white. Needless to say, it appears you have a 50/50 chance your order will be correct and that’s disappointing.
I would just like to say that today when I went in for a job interview at Jersey Mike's I was very excited time get the job because it was so close to my house. I met Tom and he gave me an application. I filled it out and waited for over an hour. Then it was my time! Yay heart pumping and so excited for my interview with Tom. He sits and starts to go into the interview process and then a minute later he telling me I am sorry but we do not hire people with dreads. I was dumbfounded....read full review
