Service and food was great but the air conditioning is so out of hand that it is unbearable to be in the restaurant. Our family ate outside to avoid the air conditioning and when it began to hail we elected to run across the parking lot in the hail so we could eat at home instead of eating inside in the air conditioning. Seriously out of control.

Today I was so excited to see that N & C brought back my one favorite meal “THE STEAK STROGANOFF”. The large with a drink was $17. The bowl looked like a small and the portion was really skimpy! I’m literally not exaggerating, my bowl had 6 small pieces of steak 🥩! It was never this petty before. I will never eat here again! Not bad if you’re on a diet! Lol

Sad that I have to leave a one star review, because in the past I have actually really enjoyed this location and have thought that the staff was great! I still do, but am very, very disappointed with my most recent visit. I ordered a regular mac and cheese and was served dry noodles — no cheese sauce, just cooked noodles. I ordered takeout so by the time I noticed, I was already home and unable to leave the house again to have my food remade, so I reached out to customer service for a refund. I did not receive a response, so I reached out again, and still did not receive a response. It has been nearly a week and I still have not heard anything, which is what leads to this one star review. I understand the initial incident. Mistakes happen, not a big deal, but for there to be no resolution when I paid $8 for a bowl of mac n cheese is very frustrating. I feel like my money and patience has been disrespected. :(

When I ordered it was with grilled chicken and once they were garnishing it, they turn around and ask me if I would like to have it remade. I was already having to get to work on time so I said it’s OK. I will take it with the Parmesan chicken no big deal later at work when I reheat my food I noticed that it has bacon bits in it. Very disappointing. I should have made them make it over again does not taste great with bacon bits in it. Not only that as you can see in my picture the chicken is also black pretty burnt. Doesn’t even have the normal garnishing on it no cheese on top no tomatoes, no mushrooms in the pasta whatsoever. Whoever made this dish. I hope you don’t do this to any other people. This place is expensive to be having something. You are not loving. it tastes absolutely disgusting 100%. I am stuck here at work right now at 1 AM eating my food at the hospital and nothing else I can do about it.
Everyone likes Noodles and Company so food is no issue. Today, they were slammed with online customers and online orders so my co-worker and I had to wait a while. Didn't even know he'd notice, but the manager, Mr. Bruce Wayne, dope, came over to us and profusely apologized and gave us whatever dessert we wanted when receiving our food for free. We didn't even ask or bother them but it's just the fact he was working hard but noticed us waiting for a bit and wanted to make things better. Small gesture, but makes all the difference. Thank you Bruce Wayne, I will keep your identity a secret.

We ordered out and my spaghetti noodles are over cooked and nothing but mush. I get to go hungry tonight but at least my husband ate. Its his birthday today and he picked this place, unfortunately! Im trying to get past the pasty noodles but I can't.

Again, this location has screwed up my order. I asked for 2 chicken Caesar salads. The guy asked me, do you want a regular size or a small on one of them, I pick small, got regular size on the other. He asked somebody to help him, How to do the small CHICKEN CEASER SALAD. Well, these people need to learn how to do or know their job. Because neither one of the workers could do it. The guy handed me my food and he said lettuce is fresh and there is chicken so I thought I will tip him, big mistake because he didn't double check if it was correct, but neither did I. I have take the blame for some of this. I get home and there was no chicken in my Caesar salad. Second time that this has happened with this location. This is very disappointing. I have called them 7 times and they have not answered or they pick up and hang up. You need to teach your people. How to do their job, naybe more training. I could show them how to do it, listen, double check customer order, ect. This is ridiculous this keeps happening...

Spent $118 on a carryout order on the app for a daughter's birthday meal. The packing slip showed the order was complete - two large sacks. I handed out all the food and one meal was missing. I returned for the missing meal and was given a cookie for my trouble. Comping the meal would have been more appropriate.
