Just had lunch at 2nd and Union. The soup and salad tasted good - but 40 minutes later I was on the toilet for 20 minutes! Horrible...now have bad stomach pain/cramps. Clearly caused by some bacteria/poor food handling. So pissed off.

Absolutely terrible experience two nights in a row. Should have learned my lesson the first night but naively decided to give them another shot.
First night I ordered, I ordered online though the Noodles and Company website and went a picked it up. Thirty minutes after the quoted pickup time, the food was finally ready. Spent all thirty minutes watching the young kid behind the counter not use gloves as he bounced between handling money, running the register and putting lids on everyone’s food. If he got anything on his hands, he would wipe it on the back of his pants. Zero effort at cleanliness. Got home, and the chicken cesar salad didn’t have chicken on it despite paying for it and it being on the receipt.
Second night, it was an entirely new staff. I went there and ordered this time. Food came out much quicker. Similar lack of food safety. Got home. Chicken Parm had zero sauce on it. It was just buttered noodles with chicken.
The fact that two full shifts of people - probably 6-8 employees can all be this inept baffles me. Definitely my last experience with this Noodles.

I’m from outta town and decided to try this place since it’s close to the hotel I’m at and dang… the child working the register was awful. No customer service, rude, and definitely uninterested. It took a while to get our food which is strange cause it was completely empty. When I went up to ask for lids the same disrespectful kid got all huffy, didn’t hand them to me and just dropped them on the counter. The food is a 1/2 step above chef boyardee. Not worth the price, tome or effort.

Alfredo Montamore with chicken is no longer on the menu. It was the only reason we ate at N&C. The Alfredo dish that replaced it is no match for the Alfredo Montamore. We have no reason to eat at your restaurant anymore. So sad.

Found a long hair in the med salad. The inside of the restaurant has a weird shrimp smell. The vibes are off and the staff are super awkward and unhelpful. Not good.

They do not understand the difference between rewards and offers. I used a BOGO offer for my order and then redeemed my points for a reward for a free rice crispy and was told they wouldn’t give me the free rice crispy. Even after I used my own points for it. They got hostile and rude, not coming here again

Meh. I’ve seen these scattered about northern Colorado since moving here. On my first visit I had the tortellini rosa. It was OK, but nothing exciting.

Quick pickup could be better... I waited 15 minutes before asking if a bag NOT ON the pickup counter was mine.

We have tried a variety of dishes and feel the Pad Thai is usually the best bang for your buck, and most consistent. When we try new options like the chicken and prosciutto tortellini with smoked gouda we were disappointed and thought it didn't have that great of flavor. We have also tried the Leanguini Alfredo MontAmore and felt the portion was small and the sauce easily separates if reheated. Overall feel the quality has gone down despite the increasing cost.
