I literally hate it because I ran there I drink sick with the stomach bug for a couple days, all I wanted was a nice, crisp salad... What did I get? Definitely not that!! I was left with a very skimpy salad with like the most brown, wilted lettuce ever (that I have ever eaten also..) It was just so gross and I am so disappointed with it... And then there was barely anything... Like it was like the amount for toddler... Actually smaller than that it was smaller than enough for a toddler.... Like I'm still hungry like I'm still starving I'm so freaking disappointed with the whole salad... I took a picture of it.. and you can see that the ranch to lettuce ratio is off.. like my lettuce is literally like swimming in the ranch... and I literally only put 1 little small to go thing of ranch lol but yet I felt like I was eating a soup and not a salad lol

Everyone in here was great, we arrive around 1pm, they were training, and it was lovely! The front employee, very tall, was offering table service. Brought everything to us and was so kind as we have just moved to the area! We will be coming back

Ordered online after a long shift and had work in the morning, woke up several times to throw up because I received food poisoning from the food. It is not the first time this has happened at noodles and company in general. All locations need a health safety check.

The past couple of times I've been to this location, the service and food has been terrible. Yesterday I asked for mac and cheese with grilled chicken. I don't even know what kind of chicken it was. It looked like they mistakenly put the breaded parmesan but it was just dark and grey on the inside. Just because it's busy doesn't mean you do lower than bare minimum. I thought about going to another Noodles & Company because it was so busy but ended up staying. 1000% regret it. Definitely not returning.

I’d been excited to try Noodles & Company for the first time, but the experience was a bit mixed. My first impression was that the customer service felt somewhat unfriendly and not very helpful when it came to navigating the menu, so in that case… i kept it simple. I ordered the BBQ pork mac. The flavor itself was solid and not overly salty, which I appreciated, but the dish was fairly dry and could have used more protein to feel more balanced and satisfying.
This is now the second time I’ve ordered a Mac and cheese and it’s dry noodles with half melted shredded cheese on top. Ridiculous, thank goodness for the southwest location.

Ordered food for lunch. It said ETA of 2:37 PM. Said it was ready at 2:37 PM but they didn’t give me the food until almost 10 minutes later. This really matters when you only have a 30 minute lunch.
