After spending $52 on an incorrect order, i called the store to express myself to the manager. I was rudely argued with and then hung up on. Kimberly was very unprofessional. Pizza wasn't delivered, and the manager didn't come out to apologize when I showed up to the store. The pizza was remade cold. The pizza should've been delivered and corrected from the previous encounter. Terrible service, atmosphere, and food. Loyalty member as well.

Order was so late one night they gave me a future free pizza. That code didn’t work so regional manager eventually told me I would receive a $40 credit on my account. Never happened. Never responded to my follow up emails. Obviously don’t care about customers

Zero star for sure.. I was ordering pizza with a lady on a phone but she just hanged up on me while I was talking to her... So I called back and I asked for an manager. I didn't get his name but he answer me with an attitude and told him what happened bout the call earlier.but he did not apologize at all. That was unprofessional of him. Do better! This happened Nov 1st, around 9:15.

The quality of the food was awful, no sauce on the wings, no toppings on the pizzas when specifically stated exactly what we wanted on order. The lack of care is so disappointing. Definitely do not recommend.

Had a messed up online order that was outsourced though door dash the DD driver had my box open and had misplaced the stuff inside it went into the store and I feel they were more upset than I was and got everything promptly fixed will definitely go back to them
I ordered a pizza last week & the order was wrong. I spoke with the manager who said he would put a credit on my account for my next pizza order. Today I called to cash in on my credit and was told that there is no credit on the account. The young lady put the manager on the phone who proceeded to tell me that there was nothing she could do & that there was no evidence of this occurring. I told her that I have my receipt and could bring it in if she needed, she repeated that she could do nothing. When I asked her name she said she didn’t have to give that out. Then she hung up in my face. For whoever looks into this matter, please be aware it’s a female “manager” that worked at 230pm on 8/17. There will be a record of me being a loyal customer to this location for the last 4 years and that I have never once been credited for an incorrect order (even when my order has been wrong or delivered cold in the past). The only reason I called this time was because you guys started putting a sticker on the box that says call if your order is not right and give us a chance to make it right. At this point it’s not about the little $18 credit; customers should be treated with consideration and respect not as bothersome nuisances and this is the way I was treated today for following instructions that were given by the store itself. Very disappointing. I’ll be taking all of my money to dominoes moving forward. I hear they put service 1st.

My son and I really like this Pizza ?Hut. Awhile back, I ordered a pizza & it was burnt. I brought it to the cashier’s attention. He did not get upset. He asked me what I wanted. He remade the pizza to my liking. He acted like he cared and wanted me to get the pizza I wanted. They have been perfect ever since. They now have a loyal customer. I will go out of my way to come to this Pizza Hut.

The employee who made my food either hates their job, they hate their life, or both. The effort they put into our pizza is not a minimum, it’s a negative. Our mistake for not checking the pizza before we left. We should have taken the pizza back but the game is starting soon. Such a disappointment and a major vibe kill for the playoffs. Don’t order from this Pizza Hut. It’s not just a waste of money, but it will ruin your night and turn you into a disappointment in the eyes of your friends and family.
