Ordered 3 pizzas and wings, it was delivered over 1 hour and 20 minutes later. I called roughly 1 hour after order was placed and I was put on hold for a manager to be available. I waited but they didn't pick up the phone. I will get a call back from upper managementin 1-3 business days

This is the second time I have ordered pickup and when I arrived 15 min later they didn't have my order. I was told I would need to wait 15 min until they cooked the correct order. There is a real management and staffing issue here. I have been frequenting this location for over 13 years and until recently I never had any issues. Pick up orders will most likely continue to experience issues until the GM addresses the outlets management and staffing.

Ordered from here and gave detailed instructions on how to get to the house im at. Still had to walk a ways just to get the food. Upon opening the bag with our drinks. Just drinks. No napkins,plates,nothing. I won't be ordering from here for a while.

After spending $52 on an incorrect order, i called the store to express myself to the manager. I was rudely argued with and then hung up on. Kimberly was very unprofessional. Pizza wasn't delivered, and the manager didn't come out to apologize when I showed up to the store. The pizza was remade cold. The pizza should've been delivered and corrected from the previous encounter. Terrible service, atmosphere, and food. Loyalty member as well.

Order was so late one night they gave me a future free pizza. That code didn’t work so regional manager eventually told me I would receive a $40 credit on my account. Never happened. Never responded to my follow up emails. Obviously don’t care about customers

Zero star for sure.. I was ordering pizza with a lady on a phone but she just hanged up on me while I was talking to her... So I called back and I asked for an manager. I didn't get his name but he answer me with an attitude and told him what happened bout the call earlier.but he did not apologize at all. That was unprofessional of him. Do better! This happened Nov 1st, around 9:15.

The quality of the food was awful, no sauce on the wings, no toppings on the pizzas when specifically stated exactly what we wanted on order. The lack of care is so disappointing. Definitely do not recommend.

Had a messed up online order that was outsourced though door dash the DD driver had my box open and had misplaced the stuff inside it went into the store and I feel they were more upset than I was and got everything promptly fixed will definitely go back to them
