Local Lakewood, CO store delivery driver tried to delivery my pizza to another address. When told they did not order the pizza, instead of trying to find the right address, left me a voicemail to call the store, which I would assume would've been to sort out the delivery. The staff at this location do not answer the phone. When I requested the main customer service line cancel and place a new order so that we didn't end up with old cold pizza, she did. Unfortunately, the store location still resent the original pizza. It was dismal at best. Seems like the entire crew, including management, are just too lazy or just don't care about providing decent service and food. Too bad that there isn't a standard when it comes to customer service anymore. In the past, these places would earn your business, now it seems all big corporations could care less whether you're a customer. Such a disappointing!

Ordered a pizza decided to splurge and get the stuff crust. Got the garlic parmesan sauce because the tomato paste gives me heartburn and it was soggy and disgusting I couldn't even eat a whole piece. By the way this cost $40

Parking: They have Handicapped parking and take out parking.
Crust was burnt and dry, to the point of crumbling. Overall the pizza was burnt (cheese and pepperoni too). The dough was uneven so I got 3 decent pieces and the rest were inedible.

Ordered a large meat lovers pizza with cinnamon sticks and soda. They were ahead of the time they told me. The driver was polite and my pizza was hot and good ?.Service was great. Food was hot and early. Driver was polite and respectful. I recommend this Pizza Hut location if you are in the Lakewood area.I want to thank the store for taking care of us and for being a good location for pizza.

10/6/2023 10:30pm ish..I ordered a medium meat thin crust meat lovers and a medium Hawaiian chicken plus cheese sticks.. whoever was in charge of making that order freaking nailed it!! From the toppings to the crisp bites the freshness of the pizza and cheese sticks you guys and gals deserve a big kudos in tjis side of the Colfax this crew rite here!!, can make my pizza any day! Thanks you guys big kudos and hopefully recognition in pizza ? ?????
