Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Blue hair lady completely ignored me and kept taking other people before me and kept giving me nasty looks. All I needed was the rest of my order that you guys forgot. Guy with medium length hair was nice at least.

Consistent, delicious and affordable!

Had someone pick up food for me and the order was wrong, called and explained the bag and receipt went with the person who picked it up and she had already discarded the trash including receipt.
So now didn't get all of my food, food was wrong and they pretty much told me they couldn't help or replace/fix what was wrong. Spent 22$ on a treat that turned into wasted on stuff I didn't even order. 😞 I'm disabled and this was my treat meal for the month. 😞
Franchise Owner/ Manager Chris said there was nothing he could do.

I consider three stars good for a fast food restaurant. The chicken was moist and tender and had good flavor. The breading was okay maybe a little bit heavy. The dipping sauce was very tasty. They have a very limited menu, 2, 3 or 4 chicken fingers with fries and Texas Toast that's more like New Jersey toast (small).

this location is always pretty slay and it’s the exact cane experience you’re expecting. one small thing tho i do wanna know who put an entire shaker worth of salt in my fries. im not mad i just wanna know who did it cause the amount of salt on my fries genuinely could’ve sent me into cardiac arrest. genuinely not a spec of those fries weren’t coated pls whoever was on fry salting duty needs to never be allowed to do it again with so much love

I can't rate the atmosphere cause I didn't go inside. The gal at the windows made it feel like we were bothering her for doing her job. Chance are slim I'll go back to that location.

Food is good service is really good.if you like chicken tenders this is the place for you. The Texas toast is delicious, and the cane sauce e is good.

Portion size for the 3 piece combo is awful! Chicken is literally the cheapest protein to buy yet you gave me 3 little pieces of chicken which was mostly breading and charged me $12. Sorry you lost my trust. Give me what I paid for and don't skimp on portions if your not gonna skimp on the price!

I tried them for the first time ever today at the location recently opened in Bham Al and truth is absolutely nothing special. Started off bad with a drive thru that was a total cluster of confusion. Got The Box meal, the soda mix was sickening carbonated, without the Cane sauce the fingers were tasteless, the fries tasted like they thawed on the counter and never hit the fryer and the coleslaw is an abomination to the south.(lol) And all for a mere 13.00 (for 4 fingers!! 😲) Won't be back.

They have the most amazing sauce which can be used with the fries and Texas toast, don't knock it until you try it, not just for the tendes.

Nice atmosphere/decor along with outside dining and great customer service

Wonderfully friendly front of house workers, the food came out fast and was fresh....no complaints!
