Biscuits were hard as hell you think your getting real hash browns you get frozen like you get at McDonald's only McDonald's are better biscuits and gravy are a joke you get one biscuit and a little souffle cup of gravy everything comes wrapped up in a bag need I say anything more and cheer wine don't be fooled soda water with grenadine nasty as hell say your from North Carolina I think not was so looking forward to having cheer wine what a joke only thing you'll get good here is coffee and friendly service thank God for that much don't waste your time so not worth the price to eat there say they are cheap think again I threw all my order in the trash horrible I don't recommend this place at all !!

This locations has been a go to spot for a quick breakfast sandwich for my family since it had opened @ the Garrison locations, visiting roughly 50-75 times. The breakfast and biscuits are good, we loved to support a small business and rise and shine was close to our home... all a big plus. Over the last year or so the staff has screwed up orders about 50% of the time, we always have to check a simple order to make sure it was done correctly. Just to be clear, the order is written in marker on the bag, it's simple yet rise and shine still continues to fail. We have made numerous complaints in the past to their service line, refunds and remedies have been made which is great, however a customer should not need to do the job of checking if orders are correct during every visit, that is the job of kitchen or counter staff. The last week we went in to order, notifying the women taking orders that our recent order had been incorrect, explaining politely I might add. She could had to leave the counter due to a panic attack over to a simple everyday question and another employee needed to complete the order. If the staff cannot manage a mild mannered concern with a previous order then they are clearly not employable. With that said I will no longer be a customer at any rise and shine again, I will not support mediocre customer service and would suggest anyone making a purchase at this locations should inspect EVERY order made. hopefully this reaches a manger, since we could not speak with one on our last visit.

That was the perfect southern breakfast!
Simple, prepared perfectly, the staff seemed happy to be there which added to the “goodness” of this place!
Had chkn biscuit, with egg, side of gravy, hash brown, all exactly what you expect from a southern breakfast.
Will be back! Likley more than I should:)

I'm not a dramatic person (yes I am), but I adjust had the best lavender oat milk latte of my adult life. The biscuits and hashrowns are incredible, and the environment feels so inclusive and friendly.

10/10 just moved to colorado from being in nc all my life and found this from purely luck.
they were so sweet, had that sweet homey feeling and had CHEERWINE!

First time here and it was so delicious and coffee was great too..
what a absolute great idea.. biscuit only/sandwiches.. cinnamon biscuits and they also have biscuit of the day..today was feta/oregano..something for everyone.
we will definitely be back..
