Went here for the river north 11 year anniversary and saw they would have tacos. I was thinking that it was just going to be another taco truck, but I was wrong. My wife had the shrimp quesadilla and I had fish tacos and it was at levels above your typical Mexican food truck. Fish was great and the shrimp was seasoned perfectly. Will be looking for sabores de mi abuela again, oh and get the hot salsa!

My group came to Colorado from Utah in order to see The Midnight in concert. We hit up this food truck after a show at Mission and I have to say it was incredible. We got quesadillas de carnitas and they were cooked perfectly. Crispy, melty, flavorful. The green sauce was also perfectly melded and balanced. I'm certainly no master chef, but I do have a culinary degree and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by this little food truck. Highly recommend. ?
