Food is tasty, sniveling okay, but portions is ridiculous. What am I an elementary student. Burrito smaller then Taco Bell. They are stealing from me, and I will not be back.

Their breakfast burritos are the biggest hit. A lot of the reviews mention they love breakfast burritos. Unfortunately they don’t serve breakfast burritos all day. That would be great.

Been coming to this location for 6 yrs and never been disrespected until today. Some guy with a scarred face with a bad attitude told me I couldn’t order a burrito with my choice of meat that they offered so I got what was already made. He then proceeded to talk down to me in front of customers and told me I could have ordered what I was originally asking for after I already paid. Then he proceeded to chase me outside to keep talking smack. Will be contacting the original family who owns.

Gave me a burrito 1/2 and 1/2. Ordered mild no cheese. I'm lactose intolerant told girl at counter. I called back talked to manager. Rudest person I've talked to. Been going there for 15 years. Will never go back!!!!

The food was excellent where it broke down was the service in the atmosphere we went in to get enchiladas I ordered a side of guacamole they gave it to me without chips now I know that when I go in to sit down to eat there they give me chips when I asked for guacamole this is the Santiago's off of Sheridan off of Sheridan and Alameda and that little shopping center customer service there ranked one star she was hateful and mean when I asked about the chips she refused to give me any chips with my guacamole very poor customer service she was a young little Spanish girl with an attitude I think that there should be better training I work in a restaurant business and I would never let one of my workers treat a customer the way this little girl treated us shame on you for having someone with such a horrible attitude working at the front as a cashier it's going to be a long time before I patronize your place again, need better training they need to learn to treat their customers with respect and learn how to be cordial friendly professional shame on you I am going to try to get a hold of the owner and let her know just how horrible of an experience that we had at your store

The foods all really good except the chili relleno is terrible and has no cheese in it. Fast service and kind staff.
