The cashiers at Santiago’s are incredibly male centered they disregard female customers or skip over to help out the male customers first. Horrible customer service once up to the front and ready to order the looks displaced however once a male customer walks up they immediately smile and look happy to help

Best breakfast burritos for the price, hands down. Delicious green chili, get hot! I've only ever ordered ahead & picked up, they have it ready fast, hot, & made fresh to order. Carnitas is also 🔥

Sad my child hood favorite is now the neighborhoods worst in, food quality, rude service, dirty, and lack of care for customers treated very cold, very rude all around when asked to talk to the owner or manager, was told they are not allowed to get them and they could not give an e-mail for them. There are far better places within a couple blocks. I'll be going to from now on.
They charged me for something I didn't get, and chased me out the door yelling because I said something about it. Food was good, but as a loyal and regular customer of several years, I have to change my rating and find somewhere new. I didn't even get a receipt from them, proving they were wrong. If I'd been wrong, they would've shown the documentation instead of making a scene when I stood up for myself.

Great service, order was completed very fast.
I just think it used to be good.....my crispy chili rellenos were soft 😩 my 1/2 -1/2 spicy was actually hot 🔥 my horchata was so watery.........

You don’t get your food when it’s done you get it when they feel like calling your name, 35 minutes for 3 burritos is a joke ,especially when they end up handing you a bag that’s been on the counter for 20. Dude at the register needs better training

Take out burritos had very little chili in them. Will not be back.
Food is always good, but the guy who works the front desk sucks, always getting orders wrong, or not placing orders over phone if he even answers phone. Never have a problem with any of the women working the counter
