Terrible service..i waited 25 minutes after i arrived and had called in a phone order...the staff has routinely been rude...maybe ICE needs to visit..

I got there I ordered Huevos Rancheros and a cup of coffee , When I was finished with my breakfast, I asked for a cup of coffee to go. They said they couldn’t give me one that would charge me for one because they don’t allow coffee to go when you’re eating breakfast. The guy at the register is very rude
I have been to your brighton location and asked for a coffe to go and they happily gave me a cup, I've gone to the 84 Ave and have asked for a cup of coffe to go and they happily gave me one, I've gone to the one on federal and asked for a cup of coffe to go and the the same, they happily gave me a cup of coffe to go, Same thing with the one in Commerce City

🛑 Stop being greedy with food..Oh my what a joke..please address this situation..I travel quite a way to eat here, n it's never right..hair in food n that's not good..How did you ever expand???

the breakfast burritos are out of this world good - and a simple mild medium or hot will be all you need to start the day off right we use to leave the house early to pickup santiago's drive thru on the way to school and they have held the same high status for quality burritos to this day now a decade later - i will always love santiago's i truly would recommend it to anyone

Used to be one of the best... slipped a lot as of late. Rude people handling the front registers, and can't get an order right if the world depended on it. Go to a different location until they get better staff here.

I've had breakfast burritos from multiple locations and multiple times and it seems like every 3rd burrito I try, I bite into a tiny piece of eggshell. I've stopped getting breakfast burritos from Santiago's because of this. Drives me nuts.

I cant understand why my enchiladas sometimes have chile and sometimes they dont. My last order were bone dry. If you ask to add chile its an extra 3 dollars? Why? If thats the case just change the price and include enough to eat 3 enchiladas. Anybody else have the same issue?

My husband ordered several burritos from this place and he told them he didn't want beans just chicharron ,cheese and salsa.when he got home they were filled with mostly with beans and just pices of chicharron but bearly and just a little bit of salsa. It's like a got a Bean burrito instead.

Love Santiago’s but this location is going downhill and fast! Ordered a bean and cheese burrito today and it came filled with rock hard meat. I couldn’t even cut the unidentifiable meat with a knife. It was nasty. I’ll be avoiding this location from now on.
