Rude. Second time same person. My friend speaks Spanish he is treated well. I ordered breakfast burrito-said they were all out. A couple of customers later…”oh we have just a few left just in time…” she offered him cutlary. I asked for some, It’s only for smothered items (for me not the other guy)! I bought $30 worth of items, tipped her and she was extremely rude it ruins an appetite. Reverse discrimination.

Food was somewhat ok , the main thing that is upsetting is that everything fell over because it was poorly packaged heavy stuff on top. The mess was overwhelming. I went to pick up an order for my people at work. I ordered a lot of food and had a mess to deal with before I could hand it to them a lot of cleaning off inside the bag, also when I got there, it was pretty dead. I understand there’s a line places, but there was not there I was completely ignored for about seven minutes possibly 10 before I was helped and got my order taken. No one in front of me at all every server person, they just kept staring at me and kept doing whatever they were doing, but did not even say welcome or anything. Some of the breakfast burritos didn’t even really have bacon in them. It seems that they get away with that a lot because they know you are taking out and probably won’t go back to complain. Lesson learned just go eat there instead.

Hi all, I am writing my first ever yelp review, and I would never talk down a business unless absolutely necessary, let alone write about it. Unfortunately, today is that day. I went in today Wednesday 1/17/2034 for my work break around 1pm and ordered extremely simple burritos, just two ground beef and cheese burritos for my brother, he decided he no longer wanted them after tasting how salty it was. So I ate the both of them thinking he was just being silly. NOPE, these burritos were disgusting. Extremely salty and dry. It tasted overall expired. I should have taken that as my sign, but I was hungry and had nothing to eat this day, all day, I barely got away from work for a break. I should have taken the tase as a sign because the next thing I know I am vomiting my guts out. We are taking I am currently writing this from the emergency room puking, sweating, shivering, and of course other awful fluids. I nearly passed out from pain and went to the emergency room a few hours later. Now, I tried to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt because I love Santiago's. However my suspicions were confirmed when they were pumping me full of liquids, that I had in fact ingested expired/ incorrectly handled bad meat. Specifically GROUND BEEF! As I mentioned, the only thing I had to consume today, let alone MEAT, was the Santiago's ground beef burritos. I am currently in so much pain trying to pass this food poisoning, and most importantly am extremely disappointed to have been served this quality of food. The 13$ was not the issue, it is the fact I can't even drink water and sleep because of the pain this food has caused me. I have not eaten anything else after these burritos either, I have not been able to. Extremely disappointed, I did not need to go through all of this pain.

I had a meal with an iced tea drink I asked for a refill but the waitress was too busy messing with her phone I would not go back to this restaurant and once I got the attention of the waitress she was asking me what it was if it was soda or iced tea how is it that she cannot remember what she gave us with no customers please do not go there and eat bad service from the
