The store manager was incredibly kind and very understanding about my food allergy. She made sure I felt comfortable and provided excellent service with a warm, welcoming attitude. Truly appreciate the care and professionalism!

I ordered a poke bowl with salad. The salad was old and you could taste/see in spots where it had wilted and was past its shelf life.
My husband ordered a noodle dish and also stated it tasted “off”.

Yes, I love your food, but you seem to hire the most incredible people. The woman helping me tonight was uber friendly (and it was genuine) and super knowledgeable about everything on the menu.
She talked a bit about how much she loves her job and you can really see it in how she cares and shows up. Future CEO right here!

I adore Tokyo Joe's. Everything was perfect: service, food, tables. GREAT little side salad -love the miso dressing! Sushi so fresh and yummy!!

Ordered their Salmon Bowl, my meal was fresh and delicious. The salmon wasn’t overcooked at all and the selection of vegetables and accompanying sauce were tasty! Enjoyed a tasty chilled tea from their beverage cooler as well.

Service was fast & the restaurant was clean with an open & warm atmosphere.

Been going here for about 6 years now, about once a week, and it's one of my go-to's. The food's pretty solid, though the Avos can be VERY hit or miss, and no promises on what teas/frescas/soda/ice will actually be available when you're there. Often no one at the front register, but if you wait a lil bit someone will be there. Food tends to come out quick, usually correct, and well made. Not outstanding, but 90% of the time, you'll get a solid meal here.
