I was hungry and remembered there is a Viva Burrito in this neighborhood. I had a breakfast burrito for a late lunch their salsa is the best. Picked up a green chili pork with beans burrito for my son. My son called me later to tell me that burrito "was so good" he liked the salsa too. Ever since covid the lobby has been closed. But I noticed they had steady business thru the drive thru, even though it was between lunch and dinner time. I used to work close to a Viva's years ago 'oh my' over 20 years. They became my favorite place to get a breakfast burrito. Viva's is not in my neighborhood. But in the past I have made the drive to Viva's for a breakfast burrito and it has been worth it,,,

The price for breakfast burritos have gone up 2 or 3 times in the last year. This most recent time, the price we paid was higher than the menu price, and the burritos were far smaller than usual. I guess we will have to find somewhere else.

The food is really good and usually pretty consistent. The breakfast burritos have gotten so expensive and they are much smaller than they used to be. But they are delicious and quick so I suppose it is worth it. Sucks that inflation has taken viva out of the cheap fast food category. But I will still eat here anyway as there aren't much options for cheap Mexican these days.
Omg I ordered a chorizo and potato and egg burrito ! The chorizo tasted like chopped up left over hamburger and dry dry ! Nasty i do not recommend this place after waiting in a line it was nit worth my wait ????

I’ve lived next to this location for over 15 years. For some reason it’s always been very mediocre. However, recently within the last year it’s been delicious. The breakfast burritos are filling, yummy, and better than Santiago’s. Whatever changed recently, I’m glad it did because I’m addicted to these breakfast burritos now. ?
