The food is really good and usually pretty consistent. The breakfast burritos have gotten so expensive and they are much smaller than they used to be. But they are delicious and quick so I suppose it is worth it. Sucks that inflation has taken viva out of the cheap fast food category. But I will still eat here anyway as there aren't much options for cheap Mexican these days.
I’ve lived next to this location for over 15 years. For some reason it’s always been very mediocre. However, recently within the last year it’s been delicious. The breakfast burritos are filling, yummy, and better than Santiago’s. Whatever changed recently, I’m glad it did because I’m addicted to these breakfast burritos now. ?

I was hungry and remembered there is a Viva Burrito in this neighborhood. I had a breakfast burrito for a late lunch their salsa is the best. Picked up a green chili pork with beans burrito for my son. My son called me later to tell me that burrito "was so good" he liked the salsa too. Ever since covid the lobby has been closed.
