We waited 15 minutes to even be served and when someone finally came to the front they were very disinterested and made it seem like we were bothering them. They said two words to us and it was way over priced for what we got. It was quite dirty/low maintenance in there and had no straws for our drinks. Lastly the biggest issue was I found a hair in my sandwich and it was the exact color and length of the girl working. I couldn't finish half of my sandwich because of this issue. Used to love this place, now I will no longer go back.

I haven’t been to Which Wich before but it’s safe to say I won’t be returning. The location was staffed with a single employee. So they had to take orders and make sandwiches. For some reason they chose to make me wait 10+ minutes while they took more orders instead of interleaving.

I don’t know why a sandwich company wouldn’t have at least two folks working the line.

I love me some Which Wich but this one is disappointing. First off, the restaurant needs some TLC - things seem to be falling apart, it's a bit dirty, and seems a little sad. The staff didn't seem to care much at all if customers came in or not, didn't engage with us at all other than to take our order, and then were SO SLOW. There was only one other customer and it took probably 10 minutes for them to make the sandwich after I ordered. As much as I hate to say it, I'd skip this place.

The cashier didn't respond to "how's it going" I preceded to ask, "having a good one?" He disregarded me and said, "what sandwich do you want". Awful service, no smiles for miles. I thought I'd try the place because Chipotle was busy. I now see why this sad place is dead. Bad service and worse sandwiches. I'm then met with an equally bad Philly cheese steak. Never going back, not for 14 dollar garbage sandwich. Overpriced and low quality.

I rarely leave reviews, but the staff here is always less than friendly. They always seem annoyed to be working. It’s very unwelcoming and I probably won’t be back based solely off of this.

This is my favorite place to grab a sandwich! Kind workers and filling, delicious food. The dining area also has some music while you enjoy your meal!

I very rarely leave reviews, but I felt this one was necessary. The sandwich is a disaster to say the least. The meat to toppings ratio is miniscule. Practically a salad on a sandwich... which isn't what I ordered. The sandwich my boyfriend ordered was also lack luster; more or less a bread and cheese sandwich. Haven't had Which Wich in quite some time, and can't say I have any desire to go back. Very disappointing.

It took us at least 30 minutes to get our food, and it took my wife three tries to get her spinach wrap made. This location has been going downhill for years now. So it was pretty concerning when we arrived tonight and a teenage boy was now the sole person in charge of the restaurant. He had only one other coworker, who he was expected to train while they handled the evening rush. Now don't get me wrong, I'm glad this location was getting some foot traffic. Things have been pretty bad since so many people stopped working in offices, plus the franchisee went all-in on their Crisp & Green franchise next door, drywalling off 50% of the Which Wich floor space. But these two (more like 1.5) boys could not handle the work. They were very slow, very inattentive, and just let themselves get farther and farther behind. In the process, food got burned and they had to start all over again, backing them up more. I witnessed two customers curse them out.

Ya'll have some decisions to make. This location just isn't sustainable anymore. It's not a matter of having enough people, or having them trained up. Ultimately, if this place is open, it needs to run according to your standards. That's not "reviewing things with the GM" whoever that is (never seen him/her). I encourage you to show up for dinner any night you wish, and give this location a try. There's no way you've been physically present here on a Saturday night for a very, very long time. If that's too much work, or it's below you, or there are too many other fires to put out, I get it, I've been there. All I'm saying is, the people you're trusting to run the place aren't, and they haven't been for months now. It either needs to get your undivided attention at the right level, or you should put this location out of its misery.
