Placed quite a large order. In this order there was supposed to be one large fry & one regular fry. What I received was a joke. I got a soda cup half full of soggy moist fries because they placed a lid on it. Why would you put French fries in a cup with a lid that doesn't vent? It's a joke & to receive maybe 15 fries for a $15 upcharge on combos. In fact I'd be willing to go as far as saying that it's unacceptable. I want my money back & I will be calling in tomorrow.

The sandwiches we got were awesome! We've never been here. The fry machine was broken but the house chips were great. The staff was very nice. I love the setup here. So easy to order!

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Service was great.
In July 28, went to this restaurant empty no cashier. Music was playing so loud. Waited 10 minutes no cashier. Just shut down the restaurant

What a rip-off. $25 for two sandwiches that were all BREAD. While I waited for my order, I could not find one clean table. The prices on the menu don't reflect what you will be charged. How this establishment can remain open is a mystery. This is my first and LAST visit to this place. The only reason to leave one star is that there is no option to leave zero stars.

We ordered 4 sandwiches mid-day (not too busy), my teen kids rarely complain about food. They both hated their sandwiches, missing lettuce and tomatoes, mine had a sneeze of pesto. Based on this food I'll never go back to this WhichWich.

Eric was very friendly, polite and helpful. The create your own sandwich setup (fill out the sandwich details on your bag) is fun and creative. It is a great atmosphere for families with visual examples of the sandwich sizes, kids meal options and limitless variety for creating your own sandwich. It was a fun dinner-date location with my kiddo.
