White Fence Farm Apartments

I don't believe I've ever written an online review, but after my experience living here for the past couple of years, I felt it important to share my perspective. First - all apartment complexes will have their issues. Whether it be maintenance issues, some dog poop, an occasional delay on fixing a piece of gym equipment, whatever. Those things happen.

What matters to me is how people respond when things go wrong. Customer service seems to be a dying art these days, but Gabe and his staff here have been excellent through and through. He is a real person, a problem solver, and I have always gotten the vibe from him that he wants the best for the people who live in this complex. He has worked to find a solution anytime we had an issue while living here for the past 2+ years.

We are about to move out in the next couple of months (not to another apartment, but to our first home), and even the transition to a month-to-month lease was something he made very easy and doable for us. I feel I could keep saying positive things about him (like the time he got his personal jump pack out of his truck to get my car started when I was late running to work), but I've made my point. He is exactly the kind of manager you hope to have.

Maintenance staff are competent and friendly compared to past places I have lived. The apartments are pretty new, and it's clear the staff want to keep the community clean and cared for. We've genuinely enjoyed living here.

If you appreciate customer service and real people, I do think this place is worth considering.

This has been a lovely place to live. Gabe and Mandy seem to really care about the wellbeing of residents and they take great care of the property. The cleaning person is exceptional and everything is always so clean. I was worried that the WhiteSky wifi wouldn't work for me, but it's been great for working from home. The neighborhood feels safe, and I love the nearby parks: Kendrick Lake, Bear Valley Greenbelt, Lair of the Bear, etc, and the trail behind the buildings for my everyday walks with my dog. I feel lucky to live here ❤

Isella is the best!

I’ve really enjoyed my time living at White Fence. The apartments have a cute farm style feel and great natural light. The amenity spaces are usually pretty quiet and clean.

Gabe and Mandy are friendly, helpful and quick to answer any questions I have or any problems that arise. Maintenance is responsive whenever a problem in my unit arises.

Overall it is a great community, especially if you’re looking for a quieter place to come home to at the end of the day.

The clubhouse is stunning and the staff are all great. Gabe and Mandy are so great to work with.

Been a resident here for just over a year now and I can easily say that I’m the happiest I’ve been living in the Denver area since 2022. Gabe and Mandy are wonderful, super easy to work with, and highly communicative no matter what the scenario is and the maintenance crew are absolute peaches. I have never once had a negative experience with them and am always thoroughly satisfied with any interaction. That is all besides the beautiful location, amenities, and community. If you’re looking to rent, I would highly recommend!

I was touring the property and Gabe was so funny and knowledgeable, the whole staff was so friendly and the place was spotless. I’d totally recommend these apartments, they have great amenities and friendly staff.

My wife and I had a great experience with Mandy and Gabe! They are truly such an amazing help and answered all of our questions and made this place truly feel like home! We ended up not leasing at White Fence Farm but the property is beautiful and I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

My husband and I lived at White Fence Farm Apartments for a little over a year. When we first moved in, the property was managed by Novel, and we were really impressed. The community was spotless, the pool was always clean and at a great temperature, and the clubhouse was stocked with snacks and drinks. The gym had fresh towels daily — small touches that really made it feel worth the price.

A few months after we moved in, Equity Residential took over management, and unfortunately, things went downhill. The overall cleanliness of the property declined, and all the little perks that made the community feel special disappeared.

Noise was another big issue. Unless you live on the top floor, expect to hear every footstep from above. For what you pay — between the high rent, required package fees (for Wi-Fi, trash valet, and Fetch delivery), and high utility bills that include community utilities, the value just isn’t there.

Overall, it’s not the worst place to live, but for the price, you can find a quieter, better-maintained community.
