Food was ready by the approximated time. The girl running the counter saw the couple in front of me was not ready and kindly asked me if I was there for pick up! I was so happy to be able to get my order right away and not have to wait for others to make up their mind. Definitely choosing this location again.

I’m very disappointed. I placed an order at 1:27, it was supposed to be delivered at 2:10 and haven’t received it yet. It’s currently 2:45. I’ve called the store twice and my husband also called in total we waited on hold for 30 mins and nobody answered. Two different door dashers tried to pick up the order and still nothing. First and last time I order from this place.

I went in person because i didnt want to doordash didnt want mistakes on my order and it was worse I ordered cheesy fries and extra seasoning and fies doesnt even have salt on them, really disappointed.

There's a large dine in area and all the tables were dirty. The dirty ice in the soda dispenser had built up to a point where you couldnt even get your own ice. The soda had a weird taste to it and when i looked in my cup there was some questionable remnants of what looked like mold. The food tasted good but I now have food poisoning.
Love their lemon pepper dry rub wings from this place and they're sweet fries that food always slaps

Wish I would’ve read the reviews before coming here. We just needed to pick up something quick on the way to our hotel after driving for 7 hours. Staff was super rude, ignored me for about 10 minutes while my already paid for to-go order sat there getting cold. Then I witnessed them accidentally spill a TON of cleaning chemicals/solution into the fryers and all over customers food. Like I’m talking a bucket they use to clean the floors. That was wild. Don’t come here lol

This is not a shot at the store but the online order I ordered online and the pickup time said 15-20min I show up and everyworker is running around like a chicken with there heads cut off trying to catch up and on top of that people were pissed but it’s not the employees fault there computer sucks so fix it I bet you have high turn over rates and this is your problem they don’t get paid enough to get yelled at by pissed off people because you can’t adjust times based on how many orders are in your system at once and then have them work as fast as possible making mistakes and not able to keep up with keeping the store clean I’ve been in upper management for a chain store before it’s unfair to blame the store employees or store managers for the upper managers BS or laziness looks like this store has a high online order presence and it’s a huge problem

This place is horrible.. They might have good people working but the food and the environment is super bad. When I first got in I noticed how poorly they build it, yes it may not be their fault but I'm sure they could at least clean the floors. I then sat down to wait for my food and it smelled horrible. I look over and I see the indoor seating, it looks like a prison cafeteria. Then the food, everything started off good but my tenders were barely covered by any sauce, and it also didn't taste that well. Couple hours later I start having stomach problems, and the next day I get diarrhea. Either they were unsanitary and poisoned my food or my body just couldn't take it. I heard a lot of hype about Wingstop but take my word for it, it's horrible!
