Love their lemon pepper dry rub wings from this place and they're sweet fries that food always slaps

Wish I would’ve read the reviews before coming here. We just needed to pick up something quick on the way to our hotel after driving for 7 hours. Staff was super rude, ignored me for about 10 minutes while my already paid for to-go order sat there getting cold. Then I witnessed them accidentally spill a TON of cleaning chemicals/solution into the fryers and all over customers food. Like I’m talking a bucket they use to clean the floors. That was wild. Don’t come here lol

This is not a shot at the store but the online order I ordered online and the pickup time said 15-20min I show up and everyworker is running around like a chicken with there heads cut off trying to catch up and on top of that people were pissed but it’s not the employees fault there computer sucks so fix it I bet you have high turn over rates and this is your problem they don’t get paid enough to get yelled at by pissed off people because you can’t adjust times based on how many orders are in your system at once and then have them work as fast as possible making mistakes and not able to keep up with keeping the store clean I’ve been in upper management for a chain store before it’s unfair to blame the store employees or store managers for the upper managers BS or laziness looks like this store has a high online order presence and it’s a huge problem

This place is horrible.. They might have good people working but the food and the environment is super bad. When I first got in I noticed how poorly they build it, yes it may not be their fault but I'm sure they could at least clean the floors. I then sat down to wait for my food and it smelled horrible. I look over and I see the indoor seating, it looks like a prison cafeteria. Then the food, everything started off good but my tenders were barely covered by any sauce, and it also didn't taste that well. Couple hours later I start having stomach problems, and the next day I get diarrhea. Either they were unsanitary and poisoned my food or my body just couldn't take it. I heard a lot of hype about Wingstop but take my word for it, it's horrible!

On November 23, 2024 I order food off the Wing Stop website for delivery. The order was placed I receive a confirmation email saying my food would be delivered within 45 min. 20 minutes after I ordered I getting a text from the stare saying my order has been canceled and I needed to con the store to find out why. When I call the store the manager tells me it’s canceled because of a computer problem and they can’t see my order and I need to call my bank to try and get my money back. At that point she hangs up the phone on me. When I call back I talk with someone else and he tells me the order can’t be delivered because they don’t have any to deliver it. That I would understand it they still charged my card. I call back in Monday 11/25 and I talk with the GM April and she tells me how sorry she is for how this was handled and she would get me a refund ASAP. It is now 12/6 and I still have no refund. I would be very careful do business with this location. It seams to me they have no problem taking your money but giving you what you order is a different conversation. I will never do business with this location again. Very sad because we have supported this location for many years.

Save yourself a headache and avoid to come to this store, staff is the most cocky and incompetent staff you’ll ever find. Wings are always bad cooked and the seasoning is slim to none, the picture down below is supposed to be lemon pepper seasoning and you can tell there’s none.
All of the employees need to learn some manners and maybe some customer service.

"I recently visited Wingstop and was quite disappointed with my experience. The TVs were not working, and when I asked an employee if they could be turned on, I was told they haven’t been functional for months. Additionally, the tables were not cleaned, and the soda machine was filled with dirty ice. To top it off, the restrooms were lacking basic supplies like tissue and hand soap. Overall, the place was in disarray and really needs some attention to cleanliness and maintenance."

I went to Wingstop last night for my daughter and I she ordered the chicken sandwich meal and I ordered the boneless wings meal, her chicken sandwich was so dry the bun was hard like it sat out, my boneless chicken wings were disgusting they were not moist they were dry they were chewy like gristle it was hard to even bite into one with all the gristle, the sauce was dried out, definitely not like the picture shows it should be like.... the fries on both meals were so salty we couldn't eat them. While I was waiting for my meal I noticed how dirty the place was the pop machine was so full of ice you could barely put your cup in there.. so we were both very disappointed that was a wasted $24! I will never go there again and I will never recommend it to anybody.. I think they should refund our money and the money of other customers who paid that much money and waited for their horrible food they could not eat!
Place was kind of messy, they seemed understaffed. The Fries they gave us tasted like they had been sitting out for a while but they were very nice about getting us a fresh batch even while they were busy.

I had an absolutely terrible experience here. I ordered online just to be told by the man at the counter that they didn't see my order because of a football game they had on the TV. I proceeded to wait 25 minutes for my wings, which turned out horribly. I would not recommend this wingstop to anyone.
