PAY CASH ONLY, DONT USE CARD!Long long time loyal customer here, they got a new worker and she charged my card Twice ($28.23 to be exact). They never bothered to refund or reach out, played dumb when I went again to ask. I feel dumb for always tipping here. I get $28.23 isn’t much but it’s more of the moral character showing their true colors from the owner. They also admitted it was their mistake but no solution. Food Quality will depend on if they have a good chef that day. Wouldn’t recommend asking for extra sides (cheese, artificial guacamole, or meat) because you won’t get extra but you’ll get charged for it.

Decent tacos but when I get the wrong order and have to go back repeating myself 15 times for ground beef soft tacos with lettuce and cheese only and still get the order messed up it is soooo frustrating. I even tipped them. I am so done speaking English and not being understood. Seriously frustrating. If there ever is a next time I will let your tip jar roll in the street instead of getting out in the cold to go grab it for you.

This is easily one of the best taco places around! We drove through from CO to TX and told to stop in at Lucy's and OMG we were not disappointed! The tacos were full of meat and toppings, with moist meat and fresh toppings! The helpings were more than enough and the spice was right on point! The salsas were both tasty - together or separate! The tortillas tasted fresh and were toasted up just right. The lady who worked the window was not only very nice and polite, but really pretty and had a smile that lights up the room! We make the drive between CO and TX often and Lucy's Tacos has officially become our stop for food! They clearly love what they do and take pride in their cooking! Keep doing what you are doing and open a Lucy's up in north Texas!!!

Food was decent. Felt overcharged; or possibly we were charged for an abundance of sour cream that we ordered, but didn't receive. Will definitely try again with a simpler order. We hope the next visit will be better, but we did have a lot of customizations in our order. Which made our order a bit more difficult, I'm sure.

Went here for the first time tonight after having passed by it for the past couple of years. Amazing prices and bountiful portions. The carne asada fries and burritos are some of the best out here on the eastern plains. Called an order in 10 min ahead and it was ready by the time I rolled up. On the dot service for a walk-up/drive up place!!Parking: 15 spaces plus the side street.
