We absolutely love going to Ruby’s! Small business, family owned, and great service! I have clients go to lunch here with me, and we always try to come and get the awesome cinnamon rolls! Fried Chicken on Wednesday is the best, but you’ve got to get there early! Absolutely, my favorite place to eat in town!!
Just traveling thru on interstate (I-70), and needed a lunch stop. Looked at TripAdvisor and saw this place got good reviews. Only open from 8 am - 2 pm, and a few miles off I-70 on main street downtown, but well worth the stop. We were offered lunch menus (we assume they have good breakfasts too, but didn't see that on menu, so assume there's two menus depending on whewn you get there). We both had Mexican - a giant ground beef burrito for me, smothered in cheese and green chile...read full review

My husband and I and two of our youngers stopped on our way home from Granby CO. So glad we did! It was definitely a good choice. Family owned and operated. Friendly service. Food was quick, fresh, and delicious. Would highly recommend!
