I rarely review fast food places, but when I do it is because they have either excelled or failed in a massive way. This particular Arby's restaurant location in Littleton has excelled in many ways. This is the best Arby's! The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. We have NEVER had a wrong order, whether dining in or using the drive-thru. The food is fresh and delicious and well priced. We go out of our way to get our Arby's treats at this location!
This is tough review. I really like this Arby's. The service has been great everytime we have come. But the last time I waited in the Drive Thru for at least 8 minutes to give my order and then another 15 to get my food. I feel like this place is understaff and needs help.
